Copero Club is a free-to-play browser football game platform. Users create footballers, make career decisions, draft legendary players, build squads, simulate matches, and share results. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not involve real-money gambling, wagering, or any form of financial transaction.

3. Intellectual Property

Copero Club is an independent browser football game project. We do not claim ownership of any player names, team names, tournament names, or other football-related intellectual property referenced in the game. All such references are used under fair use for entertainment and commentary purposes. The game code, design, original rating methodology, simulation engine, and career engine are the intellectual property of Copero Club. No official logos, kits, or licensed assets from FIFA, EA Sports, Copero, or any other entity are used.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall Copero Club, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
